Hi, I'm Hope Valletta

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in Canada and a Clinical Psychologist licensed in Uruguay, Argentina, Spain, and Italy since 1993. I hold advanced training including a Master's in Autism (ASD) from the University of Palermo (2025) and post-graduate specialization from the University of Valencia.

I co-founded Neuroinclusive Canada, a nonprofit dedicated to providing assessment, diagnosis, and support for ADHD and Autism adults. My therapeutic approach integrates IFS, EFT, harm reduction, and psychedelics integration.

I am trilingual (English, Spanish, French), asexual, and I have lived experience with ENM relationships, low-contact family dynamics, and neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism). My practice is trauma-informed and grounded in both clinical expertise and authentic understanding.

What Sets My Practice Apart

The combination of rigorous academic training in neurodivergence and authentic lived experience creates a unique space for healing.

Specialized Education

Master's in Autism (ASD) from University of Palermo—not just lived experience, but formal expertise.

Neurodivergence-Affirming

Your neurotype is not a deficit. I work with your brain, not against it—grounded in the latest research.

Trauma & Culturally Informed

Decades of clinical work with 2SLGBTQIAA+, ENM, and poly clients. I understand what you're navigating.

Integrative Methods

IFS, EFT, harm reduction, psychedelics integration—tailored tools for your unique needs and goals.
